Mariusz Gromek
President of the Supervisory Board
Mr Mariusz Gromek (48 years old) studied at SGPiS (at present the Warsaw School of Economics) at the Faculty of Foreign Trade. In years 1990-1991 he worked for EXBUD-2 Sp. z o.o. as, inter alia, the Representative of the Management Board of EXBUD S.A. responsible for the Restructuring Program; afterwards, in 1992 he worked for TERIKO Sp. z o.o. in Kielce as a shareholder and Sales Director. In years 1992-1993 he conducted business activity on his own account. In years 1993-1994 he worked for MITEX-TRADE Sp. z o.o. at the position of Wholesale Director and afterwards Sales Director. In 1994 he started working for P.L.I. S.A. at the position of Director responsible for supermarket networks and afterwards at the position of Sales Director. From 1995 he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board and in years 1997-1999 the position of President of the Management Board of P.L.I. S.A. Company (later name of the company: NOMI S.A.) In years 2000-2002 he held the position of President of the Management Board of Cersanit S.A. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Cersanit SA in years 2003-2006. He has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA since 2003. Since 2004 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Mr Mariusz Gromek does not conduct activity competitive with regard to the Issuer; he is not a partner in a competitive general partnership or a competitive partnership; he is not a member in a governing body of a competitive joint stock company as well as he is not a member in a governing body of any other competitive legal entity. Mr Mariusz Gromek has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.
Mariusz Waniołka
Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr Mariusz Waniołka (41 years old) has a diploma of higher education. He is a graduate of the Cracow Academy of Economics. From September 1992 to May 1994 he worked for Sando Sp. z o.o. j.v. Within the period from May 1994 to August 1994 he was employed in Pilkington Sandoglass Sp. z o.o. In years 1994-1996 he worked for PepsiCo Trading Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warszawa, recently at the position of Financial Director. From November 1996 to June 2001 he worked at the position of Financial Director of NOMI S.A. in Kielce, from December 1997 he held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of NOMI S.A. At present he holds the position of Administrative Director at Columbus Pro-Equity Fund II sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Kielce. On 27th March 2007, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A., he was seconded for the period of 3 months to perform duties of the Member of the Management Board of Echo Investment SA. Mr Mariusz Waniołka serves as the Member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Cersanit S.A. (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Megastore.pl S.A., Synthos S.A. and Echo Investment S.A. Till May 2007 he held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A. He has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA since 2004. Since 2006 he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA.

Grzegorz Miroński
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Grzegorz Miroński (40 years old) is a lawyer (solicitor). In 1992 he completed higher education studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University; he majored in law. Since 1997 he has been providing legal services for numerous economic entities including several companies quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 1997 he started permanent cooperation with Echo Investment S.A.; he provided legal advice in connection with the biggest investments of this company. Additionally, Mr Grzegorz Miroński cooperated with, among others, the following companies: Cersanit S.A. and Media Projekt Sp. z o.o., in the scope of numerous investment and financial projects of these companies. Mr Grzegorz Miroński serves as the Member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Cersanit S.A. (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Synthos S.A., Magellan Pro-Equity Fund I S.A. and North Fish S.A., Megastore.pl S.A. Mr Grzegorz Miroński runs the law office with its registered seat in Kielce. He has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA since 2006.

Kamil Latos
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Kamil Latos (31 years old) has a diploma of higher education. He studied Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as he studied at the Management and Administration Faculty of the Świętokrzyska Academy in Kielce. Professional experience up to now: "CEFARM-KIELCE" SA – Farmocol group (2002-2005) at the position of Finance inspector. He worked also as a university teacher at the Świętokrzyska Academy in Kielce. At present, he holds the position of Finance inspector at Magellan Pro-Equity Fund I S.A. with its registered seat in Kielce. He is the Member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: „Synthos” S.A. with its registered seat in Oświęcim, „Cersanit” S.A. with its registered seat in Kielce, Megastore.pl S.A. with its registered seat in Kielce. In the past he served also as the Member of the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A. He has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA since 2006. Mr Kamil Latos conducts his business activity on the basis of the entry into the Business Activity Register kept by the City Office of Kielce. The subject of this activity is provision of consulting services.

Rafał Kwiatkowski
Secretary of the Supervisory Board
Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski (31 years old) has a diploma of higher education. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has completed postgraduate studies ("Taxation and finances of enterprises) at the Warsaw School of Economics. In May 2008 he passed an exam for legal adviser. In years 2001-2003 he was employed at the Law Office Waluszewska, Molenda, limited liability partnership of legal advisers, with its registered seat in Kielce. From February 2003 he was employed at Echo Investment S.A. company with its registered seat in Kielce. At present, Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski holds the position of Legal Department Director at Echo Investment S.A. In years 2007-2008 he held the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Opoczno S.A. He has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek SA since 2005.
