Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer) hereby makes public the list of shareholders owning at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of October 18 th 2011:

1.FTF GALLEON SA – 87.821.671 ordinary bearer shares, giving 87.821.671 votes at the OGM and constituting 84,27 % of the votes participating at the EGM and 60,50 % of the total numer of votes.

2. Barcocapital Investment Limited – 16.156.128 ordinary bearer shares, giving 16.156.128 votes at the OGM and constituting 15,5 % of the votes participating at the EGM and 11,13 % of the total number of votes.
