Management Board of Barlinek S.A., based in Kielce (the "Company") announces that on 8 February 2011 the Company received the resignation by Mr Ryszard Pyrek from the position of a member of Management Board effective from 1 March 2011.
Legal basis: Paragraph 5 section 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 item regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state.
