The Board of Management of Barlinek S.A. (henceforth referred to as the "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly report containing the summarised consolidated financial statement and summarised unconsolidated financial statement (QSr) for the 3rd quarter of 2011, whose publication date was indicated in current report 1/2011 of 31 January 2011 as being 15 November 2011 will be published in 14 November 2011.

Legal basis: § 103 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state (Journal of Laws No 33/2009, item 259).
