Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Barlinek SA in Kielce (the "Issuer") announces that on 7 September 2010, it received confirmation of registration by the National Bank of Ukraine of a credit agreement dated 3 August 2010 concluded between Barlinek Invest Ltd. (Ukrainian subsidiary of the Issuer) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The Issuer announced the conclusion of the Agreement in its current report No. 18/2010 of 03.08.2010. Registration of the Credit Agreement at the National Bank of Ukraine was condition precedent to the payment of the credit amount.

Legal basis: Paragraph 5 section 1 item 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 item regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state.(Dz. U. Nr 33 poz.259).
