Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Barlinek S.A. based in Kielce hereby announces that it today received information about the adoption by the Management of the Warsaw Stock exchange of Resolution no. 174/2010 on 26 February 2010 regarding normal floatation on the stock exchange of 260 ordinary C series registered shares in BARLINEK S.A. with a nominal value of 1 zl each, assigned the code "PLBRLNK00025" by the National Depository for Securities, on condition that the above number of shares are exchanged by the National Depository for Securities on March 5th 2010 for ordinary bearer shares and assimilated with the shares already in circulation.

Legal basis: Paragraph 34 section 1 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 (Journal of Laws No 33, item 259) regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state.
