The Management Board of BARLINEK S.A., in reference to current report no. 5/2010 of 2 March 2010, hereby announces that yesterday it received a resolution of the Management of the National Depository for Securities S.A. regarding the assimilation on 5 March 2010 of 260 (two hundred and sixty) ordinary bearer shares in Barlinek S.A. created after the exchange on 5 March 2010 of 260 (two hundred and sixty) ordinary registered shares assigned the code PLBRLNK00025, with 145,168,560 (one hundred and forty five million one hundred and sixty eight thousand five hundred and sixty) ordinary bearer shares in BARLINEK S.A. assigned the code PLBRLNK00017.The shares subject to assimilation receive the code PLBRLNK00017. The Management Board of the National Depository has stated that, as of 5 March 2010:

1. 145,168,560 (one hundred and forty five million one hundred and sixty eight thousand five hundred and sixty) ordinary bearer shares in BARLINEK S.A. are assigned the code PLBRLNK00017,

2. 1,180 (one thousand one hundred and eighty) ordinary registered shares in BARLINEK S.A. are assigned the code PLBRLNK00025
