Contents of the report

Pursuant to Article 70 item 1 of the Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading Systems/Public Companies Act of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No 184 / 2005 item 1539) the Management Board of Barlinek SA announces that on 5 November 2010 the Company received from the FTF Galleon SA based in Luxembourg at the Charles de Gaulle 2-8, L-1635 Luxembourg a letter which reads as follows: "Acting under Article 69 section 1 item 1) of the Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading Systems/Public Companies Act of 29 July 2005 I hereby announce that the Company FTF Galleon SA, based in Luxembourg at the Charles 2-8 de Gaulle, L-1635 Luxembourg, registered with the Commercial Companies Registry in Luxembourg under number B 154340, a subsidiary of Mr Michał Sołowow exceeded 50% share of the total number of votes in the Company Barlinek SA when on 29.10.2010 Mr Michał Sołowow, contributed the shares of Barlinek SA to the Company FTF Galleon SA, as a contribution in kind and made the appropriate entry in the securities account of the Company FTF Galleon SA, which took place on 29.10.2010, in Poland.

Before 29.10.2010 the Company FTF Galleon S.A. did not own any shares of Barlinek S.A.

At the date of this notification, the Company FTF Galleon SA has 83,753,505 shares of the Company Barlinek SA, representing 57.69% of the share capital and gives 83,753,505 votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting, representing 57.69% of the total number of votes at General Shareholders' Meeting of Barlinek SA

During the next 12 months the Company FTF Galleon SA does not intend to acquire shares of the Company Barlinek SA."
