Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (henceforth referred to as the "Issuer") hereby announces that today it received annexes signed by the other party: of 30 June 2010 and 14 July 2010 to the credit agreement of 31 December 2008 for credit in the current account, signed between the Issuer and Barlinek Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. based in Barlinek, at ul. Przemysłowa 1 (a subsidiary 100% of Barlinek S.A.) as the Borrower and RBS Bank (Poland) (previously: ABN Amro Bank (Poland) S.A.) based in Warsaw, (“Creditor”) for 96,000,000 PLN (read ninety six million złotys) (current report no. 1/2009 of 5 January 2009 and current report no. 30/2009 of 14 July 2009).

Credit may be used by Borrowers up to the total limit of 100,000,000 PLN, while debt of Barlinek Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. may not exceed 66,000,000 PLN.

The Parties have agreed in the Annex to an additional collateral in the form of a registered pledge on the Issuer's stocks of finished goods to the sum of 5,760,000 PLN and cession of insurance policy to the Bank.

By virtue of the appendices, the deadline for full repayment of the credit with a limit of 100,000,000 PLN has been established as June 30th 2011.

The other conditions of the agreement have not changed.

This agreement contains no conditions which differ from those generally applied in such agreements.

This is considered to be a major agreement, as its value exceeds 10% of Barlinek SA’s equity capital.
