Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on June 24th 2009 it received the resignation of two members of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A. - Mr Kamil Latos and Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski - from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A.

Mr Kamil Latos did not give a reason for tendering his resignation.

Until he tendered his resignation, Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski was Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A. Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski did not give a reason for tendering his resignation.

Paragraph 5 section 1 pt. 21 of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance of 19th February 2009 regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state (Journal of Laws 2009, Nr 33, item 259).
