Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer), with reference to Current Report 21/2009 of June 18th 2009, hereby announces that on August 4th 2009 it received a ruling from the Szczecin-Centrum Regional Court in Szczecin from July 27th 2009 regarding entering an amendment into a Pledge Registry of a pledge on mobile property categorised by type and being the property of Barlinek Inwestycje Spółka z o.o. in Barlinek (a subsidiary of Barlinek SA) towards ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A. based in Warsaw.

The entry concerned the registered value of inventory and finished products - this was entered as 103,483,304.00 PLN according to the state as of May 31st 2009, and the maximum hedge up to the sum of 115.200.000 PLN.
