BARLINEK SA shareholders having at least 5% of the votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders

The Board of Barlinek S.A.(the Issuer) hereby makes public a list of those shareholders who have at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27th 2008:

1. Mr Michał Sołowow – 49,820,000 ordinary bearer shares, giving 49,820,000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which constitutes 72.29% of the participating votes at the Meeting and 51.48% of the total number of votes;
2. Barcocapital Investment Limited – 16,000,000 ordinary bearer shares, giving 16,000,000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which constitutes 23.22% of the participating votes at the Meeting and 16.53% of the total number of votes;
