The Management Board of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that pursuant to Article 51 item 2 of the Bidding Act, the Financial Inspection Commission approved Annex No 1 to Prospectus due to its modification in connection with receipt by the Issuer, on December 8th, of the statement concerning the changes in Shareholders' structure.

Annex No 1 was made available to the public in a manner and within time determined by Article 51, item 4 of the Bidding Act, i.e. on the Company's website at www.barlinek.com.pl and on the website of the offering institution at www.dmbzwbk.pl Attachments
