Contents of the report:

The management of Barlinek S.A. ("the Company") hereby announces that on January 24th 2007 it received a signed contract dated 01.01.2007 from Moland Byggevarer AS, Strandvejen 16, DK-7800 Skive, Denmark.

The subject of the contract is the establishment of principles for commercial co-operation between the contracting parties regarding the sale of Barlinek S.A.’s products on the Danish market. The contract is valid for an indefinite period. The terms of the contract do not differ from the terms generally applied in such contracts.

The Contract does not provide for contractual penalties in excess of 10% of the value of the Contract, or exceeding the PLN equivalent of €200,000.

This is considered to be a major contract on the basis of the estimated value of the contract, which exceeds 10% of BARLINEK SA’s ownership capital.
