With reference to Current Report no. 6/2007, the management of BARLINEK S.A. hereby announces that today it received the resolution of the Management of National Stock Deposit SA, concerning the assimilation on March 2nd 2007 of 2,548 (two thousand five hundred and forty eight) ordinary bearer shares in Barlinek S.A. created on March 1st 2007 after the exchange of 2,548 (two thousand five hundred and forty eight) ordinary registered shares marked with the code PLBRLNK00025, with 96,776,012 (ninety six million seven hundred and seventy six thousand and twelve) ordinary bearer shares in BARLINEK S.A. marked with the code PLBRLNK00017.

The shares involved in the assimilation receive the code PLBRLNK00017.
The Management of the National Deposit states that, on March 2nd 2007:

1. 96,776,012 (ninety six million seven hundred and seventy six thousand and twelve) ordinary bearer shares in BARLINEK S.A. are marked with the code PLBRLNK00017,
2. 1, 440 (one thousand four hundred and forty) ordinary registered shares in BARLINEK S.A. are marked with the code PLBRLNK00025.
