Contents of the report:

The management of "BARLINEK" S.A. hereby announces that on March 14th 2007 it received a notification under the terms of art. 160 of the Act of July 29th 2005 concerning the turnover of financial instruments from persons holding management positions in the Company’s organisational structure and having access to confidential information concerning the Company.

This notification concerned a purchase transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the exchange’s session of March 7th 2007 for 190 shares in BARLINEK S.A. at a price of 16.05 PLN per share.

The transaction was carried out by a liable person. The information was drawn up in Kielce on 08.03.2007. The person did not agree to his personal details being published.
