Contents of the report:

The management of Barlinek S.A. with reference to Current Report no. 60/2006 of November 7th 2006 concerning the signing of a major credit contract between Barlinek Invest ltd, based in Vinnitsa in Ukraine, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and development, hereby announces that it yesterday received information that on February 2nd 2007 the suspension condition for the realisation of this contract was met, namely that the contract was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine.
