The management of Barlinek S.A., with reference to current report no. 59/2006 concerning the signing of a debt rights cession contract between Barlinek S.A. and Barlinek Cyprus Limited based in Nicosia, Cyprus, (dependent body of Barlinek S.A.), hereby announces that on February 26th 2007 Barlinek S.A. and Barlinek Cyprus Limited signed an agreement under which they undertake to act together not to fulfil the reserved suspension condition for the contract.
