Contents of the report:

The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on April 10th 2007 Barlinek S.A. signed Appendix 1 to the Credit Contract of March 13th 2006 for its current account, signed with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., based in Wrocław (Current report no. 12/2006 of March 14th 2006).

In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned appendix, the available credit limit has been increased to a total of 68m PLN, and the final repayment deadline has been extended to April 30th 2008.

The remaining provisions of the contract remain unchanged.

The contract is considered significant based on the Issuer’s ownership capital criteria.
