The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board, acting on the basis of § 1 par. 7 of Resolution 13 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of "Barlinek" PLC based in Barlinek, on June 19th 2006 in the matter of increasing the Company’s initial capital, has today established the issue price for K series shares at 11.70PLN per share.

Legal basis: Art. 54 par. 3 of the Act regarding public tendering, the conditions for introducing financial instruments into organised systems of circulation and public companies.
