The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that the GM on June 19th 2006 appointed Mr Grzegorz Miroński and Mr Kamil Latos as members of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A.

Mr Grzegorz Miroński is 38. A lawyer. In 1992 he finished law studies at the Law and Administration Department of the Jagellonian University. Since 1997 he has been conducting legal services for numerous economic bodies, including several companies noted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 1997 he began a permanent co-operation with Echo Investment S.A., where he served as an adviser for the largest investments and many financial undertakings of the company, as well as their regular operations. In addition, Mr Grzegorz Miroński has worked with such companies as Cersanit S.A., Barlinek S.A. and Media Projekt ltd. in the field of these companies’ investment and finance projects. Mr Grzegorz Miroński runs a lawyer’s office. His business operations are not such that would be in competition with the operations of the Company. He is not a partner of any competing civil company or individual, nor a member of any body of a capital company or member of any body of any other competing legal person. He has not been entered on the register of bad debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.

Mr Kamil Latos MA is 29. He studied Banking and Finance at the Main School of Commerce in Warsaw, and also studied at the Management and Administration Department of the Świętokrzyska Academy in Kielce. His previous professional experience: "CEFARM-KIELCE" SA - the Farmocol Group SA (2002-2005) as a financial auditor. He also worked as an academic lecturer at the Świętokrzyska Academy in Kielce. Mr Kamil Latos currently holds the position of financial auditor at Magellan Pro-Equity Fund I SA and Amundsen Pro Equity Fund III ltd.

Mr Kamil Latos runs his commercial activities based on an entry in the commercial activities record kept by Kielce City Hall. These activities consist of providing consultancy services. His business operations are not such that would be in competition with the operations of the Company. He is not a partner of any competing civil company or individual, nor a member of any body of a capital company or member of any body of any other competing legal person. He has not been entered on the register of bad debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
