Registration of a change in the amount of initial capital of a dependent company

The management of Barlinek S.A. today received information that on November 9th 2005 a change in the amount of initial capital of „BARLINEK INWESTYCJE” ltd (a dependent company of the Issuer) was registered by a resolution of the District Court in Szczecin, XVII Economic Dept of the National Court Register.

The amount of initial capital of Barlinek Inwestycje ltd after the registration stood at 120,000,000.00 PLN. The Issuer took over the shares in the increased capital, paying cash.

Barlinek S.A., after the change in initial capital in Barlinek Inwestycje was registered by the Court, remains the sole shareholder in that company.
