Information requiring a change to the text of the prospectus

The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on July 14th this year, the Company’s Supervisory Board met and elected:

• Mr Mariusz Gromek as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
• Mr Krzysztof Kwapisz as Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board,
• Mr Rafał Kwiatkowski as Secretary of the Supervisory Board.

In connection with the above, the text of the Company’s Share Issue Prospectus is to change. Chapter 7 “Details of the issuer’s organisation, persons managing, persons supervising and major shareholders”, par. 1 “Basic principles of the Issuer’s management”, pt “Supervisory Board”, page 126 is altered such that instead of reading: "...The Supervisory Board consists of:
- Mariusz Gromek – Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Krzysztof Kwapisz - Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Mariusz Waniołka - Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Robert Oskard - Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Rafał Kwiatkowski - Member of the Supervisory Board....",

it now reads:
"... The Issuer’s Supervisory Board consists of:
- Mariusz Gromek - Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Krzysztof Kwapisz – Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Mariusz Waniołka - Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Robert Oskard - Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Rafał Kwiatkowski - Secretary of the Supervisory Board...."
The remaining entries in the Issue Prospectus are to be altered as appropriate to this matter.
