Acting on the basis of art. 80 of the Act concerning public circulation of stocks, and in accordance with Chapter 3, pt 12.3.1 of the Issue Prospectus published on June 30th 2005, the Management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that a price range for the shares offered has been established jointly with the Introducer. The price range for the shares on offer in the Public Bidding is from 6.40 PLN to 7.30 PLN per share.
