BARLINEK SA information requiring a change to the text of the prospectus

The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on September 2nd this year a contract was signed with BZ WBK S.A. Stockbrokers based in Poznan, concerning actions connected with role of Sponsor of Barlinek S.A.’s Share Issue Prospectus. As a result, the text of the Company’s Share Issue Prospectus is to be changed. Chapter 2 “Persons responsible for information contained in the Prospectus”, par. 4 “Bodies drawing up the Prospectus”, pt 4.2 BZ WBK S.A. Stockbrokers will change so that after the words “DM BZ WBK is connected to the Issuer by the following contracts: - a contract of May 17th 2005 regarding the role of Offerer in connection with the introduction of the Issuer’s shares into public circulation and with the drawing up of defined parts of the Prospectus, - a contract of May 31st 2005 regarding the holding of a non-public deposit of the Issuer’s shares” will be added: “- a contract of September 2nd 2005 concerning actions connected with role of Sponsor of Barlinek S.A.’s Share Issue Prospectus...”
