The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on July 26th this year, the following applications were lodged with the Warsaw Sock Exchange SA:

• an application to circulate Company shares on the Stock Exchange’s basic market: the application covers 88,000,000 (in full: eighty eight million) A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J series shares;
• an application to allow the rights for new shares to be circulated on the Stock Exchange’s basic market: the application covers 8,000,000 (in full: eight million) rights to J series shares in the Company.
