Agreement on the ending of a collective dispute

The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on December 27th 2005 it signed an agreement with the Joint Representation of Trade Unions. The signing of this agreement ends the collective dispute begun by the Joint Representation of Trade Unions on 24.01.05, on which day the Joint Representation of Trade Unions presented Management with a letter requesting commencement of a collective dispute procedure on the basis of art. 7, in connection with art.1 of the Act of May 23rd 1991 concerning the settlement of collective disputes (Journal of Laws 1991 no. 55, entry 236 with subsequent amendments).
