Barlinek S.A. is one of the largest in Poland and one of the world’s largest producers of multi-layered wooden floors and the leading producer of veneer and pellet.

The company operates within the frames of the Barlinek Capital Group. The most important product in its offer is floor board made of precious species of native and exotic wood. It is exported to over 45 countries on 4 continents. An important field of company’s operations is the production of natural veneer, in the amount of 10 million m2 annually, as well as ecological fuel granulate (pellet), produced from sawdust created during the production of Barlinek boards.

The basis of the Group’s production are four Polish production lines for Barlinek boards, located in Barlinek, in zachodniopomorskie voivodship. Their total production capability amounts to 5 million m². The strategic goal of the company is to achieve the position of a wood industry leader in Middle-Eastern Europe. This task has been consistently implemented by Barlinek for several years. The first foreign-based production facility, with efficiency of 2 million m², was established in Winnica in Ukraine. A significant improvement of production capability of the newly taken-over facility in Romania has also been decided. Another foreign Barlinek production facility is being created in Russia.
